Use Case

As a user of a system, i would want to create a custom dashboard that i could create and bookmark for my reference. This could be a combination of services, routes, databases etc. Each user persona : QA, DBA, Devops, Developer can have their own individual dashboard. This can further mix combinations with latency, error rate, metrics, high dimensional cardinality etc

Proposal

We need the ability to create custom dashboards with the ability to add explorer visualization panels
