Add Workflow to build and test and Cocoapod version update

Adds workflow to the repository, now whenever there is an update all frameworks will be built and subsequently tested.

Test example: https://github.com/lucasromanomr/Cache/pull/3

• update cocoapods version
• update Swift version of Package.swift
• add test schemes

I'll see about leaving the other workflows and just the testing part then :)

This means removing the cocoapods part, which would be really interesting to have.
