Improve windows layout

There are a few issues with the windows layout that we should address:

• [ ] Ugly toolbar, we should do a chrome menu, maybe where the macOS Stoplights live? Can it be a right click under the icon in the title bar?
• [ ] Incomplete windows file menu
• [ ] Space where the macOS stoplights live
• [ ] Ugly/thick scroll bars.
