Support neoprism as indexer / submitter option

Proposed Feature

The PRISM DID specification is evolving, and prism-node may not be able to keep up with these changes. It would be beneficial to integrate neoprism into Castor, as neoprism is more lightweight and includes VDR functionality. This transition should be as seamless as possible.

Feature Description

Castor has a DIDService interface. We need to add an implementation of this interface using neoprism.
