There is a PR with dependencies update https://github.com/hyperledger/identus-cloud-agent/pull/1034 It needs time and some changes in the signatures to be applied before merging

This issue is partially done: CI is configured to process the PRs from the Scala Steward in a standard way.

The current problem: DAL dependencies contain changes in the method signatures, so someone needs to spend some time on the migration.
