Describe the solution you'd like Upgrade cactus-plugin-ledger-connector-tcs-huawei-socketio to openapi-based connector. Example of simple openapi connector migration, to get the idea is here - https://github.com/hyperledger/cacti/pull/2962

Describe alternatives you've considered Remove the connector before V2, merge it back (as openapi) as soon as it's available.
