Test and update the bevel minikube developer guide

Description

As a developer I want to update the developer guide for DLT deployment using Bevel on minikube or any other local k8s setup

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Test platforms deployment with minimum configuration on local k8s (minikube/micro k8s/kind)
  2. Update the developer guide

Shall we now update this issue and change minikube to docker desktop (because of the kubernetes support in it and docker desktop support in linux)(docker daemon is needed for fabric chaincodes to run)?
