feat(quorum): enable private transactions

Description

As a developer I want to use tessera tm so that private transaction can be done.

Additional Information:

BAF deploys Tessera transaction manger along with the quorum node, enabling privatefor and other changes are required https://docs.goquorum.consensys.net/en/stable/Concepts/Privacy/PrivateTransactionManager/

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Test private transactions using tessera

Worked on the scripts to deploy smart contracts in a private transaction way. Need to check if it works or not with the current quorum network specs we have. If they don't, some adjustments in the BAF source code might need to be done.

Current status: Managed to run the deploy.js file we have for submitting transactions. The output is the following:
