Feature request

Clean up UI code and related files

  • Global Variables (remove not required ones, assign speaking names, add documentation)
  • Javascript code in general (might need to be aligned with #1055 - Bootstrap upgrade)
  • Clean-up dead html and JS code, e.g. donations, log upload
