mDAG required for TutorialAMQP

Before running the bootstrap.sh script after downloading the data, users should install the mDAG tool by running sudo apt install montage-gridtools

applicable in ubuntu 17.10

I tried with your note but still showed error: ubuntu@ip-172-31-94-16:~$ ./bootstrap.sh 1.01 Creating work directory... Generating metadata... Generating DAX... [struct stat="ERROR", msg="Can't find RA in lookup return."] mDAG failed
