fix: fix value when delete cookie

Swoole 的 response 中的 rawcookie 方法中若 value 爲空值，則輸出的 httpOnly 會消失導致刪除 cookie 失效可參照 Laravel Octane 中的修正：https://github.com/laravel/octane/pull/642/files
