KeyInterest not working

While not caused by BOLT, this is an issue. While BOLT attempts to register key interest for all keystrokes, this does not seem to work for arrow keys in particular. This is a known issue with Adobe CEP. Perhaps there's a better way to ensure that specific keystrokes get caught by the CEP extension?

Not much we can do on the 3rd party side. keyRegisterOverride() just grabs all possible key combinations, but some, especially on Mac, just aren't allowed.

There are some workarounds per OS, some per app.

Only reliable solutions I've seen are moving the shortcuts at the system level with an external process to capture global hotkeys if a certain app is focused, but this is not a great solution in my opinon.

Probably the Adobe Forums would be the best place to get more visibility on this.
