Whitelist on "exclude previously deleted files" on file import options
This is related to #1225. My use case is that I am going to export a bunch of files that I deleted with the reason Temporary delete--I want to bring it back later., and then reimport them at a future date, because I need to make space on my drive for an extended period of time (and don't want the client to have a bunch of errors accessing some media for that duration.)
I would like it if the import file options dialog had the ability to specify a whitelist of deletion reasons. When selecting "exclude previously deleted files" in the file import options, any previously deleted files whose deletion reasons match the whitelist would still be imported. If regexes were supported in the whitelist that would be even better, but I would be happy with only exact matches.
