bootstrap3 I can't override mixins

Hi, I can't override mixins. They return to the previous state after a Meteor restart.

Currently the mixins are simply exposed for use in construction and cannot be overridden.

I've not run into the use case of overriding mixins however I can see why this could be done.

I may add this as a feature in the next update.

I've researched this a bit and I don't easily find the editing of mixins as a common use case. Out of curiosity what are you attempting?

@mzygmunt What is your use case for overriding mixins? I could potentially add this but I can't think of a use case for this.

@huttonr Hello, I need this to remove blue glow from active form fields and buttons. I can override style, but it is code duplication. I think, it is better to modify specified mixin.
