简单的，只要把头部数量改为8，学习率按照batch size进行缩放就行啦

我使用8块3080进行训练，超出显存了，你能跑通吗

能。你可以尝试着将batch调小到1或者2，因为cityscapes图像是2048x1024的，如果原图输入训练，会造成很大显存占比。

你好，我用一张3090，在cityscapes上训练queryinst，classes被改为8，学习率被缩放为0.00000625，但是第一个epoch结束后在val上的AP全为0。 20230118_132054.log queryinst_r50_fpn_1x_foggy_cityscapes.zip

hello，我看了一下你的日志，应该是配置文件有问题。测试数据应该是val，不是test。mmdetection框架测试使用验证集的，所以把测试data改为val data就行了。 best a naive student

是test部分呢，test部分改用val数据集。因为test测试集没有标签。我的配置文件和权重现在弄不到，明天我找找。
