Export image option greyed-out

Hello, I used SplitsTtreeCE's 6.1.9, 6.2.0, 6.3.0, and 6.3.0 to import my file in the same Nexus format, but without modifying any parameters, it produced two different results, which makes me very confused. In addition, the four versions mentioned above can only export images in PNG format and cannot export vector images. SplitsTtreeCE4.19.2 cannot run, and I am using a Windows system.
