Error downloading fuel-android

Hello,

i use your wrapper in my project, but when i want to build it i get this error:

com.github.kittinunf.fuel:fuel-android:jar:2.3.1 was not found in https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced

Any workaorunds for this? Older version doesnt work either.

I can find the repository on maven, but idk why i cant download it. Same problem on my dev and testing server it cant resolve this depency
