Can't import version 4.2.2

Can't import 'unspecified' Kotlin version When i try to update for version 4.0.5 to 4.2.2, I get errors from maven. Could not resolve dependencies for project com.mycompany:mylib:jar:2.0.1-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib-jdk8:jar:unspecified in central

This seems to correspond to your transitive dependency on kotlin-stdlib, and i see that the kotlin gradle plugin is version 2.1.0. But for whatever reason maven doesn't seem to be searching for kotlin-stdlib-jdk8:jar:2.1.0, for some reason its losing the version number.

This occurs on mvn clean install -U

I found that including kotlin in my maven imports resolved this issue, similarly to this answer in a closed issue https://github.com/husker-dev/openglfx/issues/7#issuecomment-1022714906
