Ethereum - add Sepolia (testnet) network to the connector

Hi,

It would be nice to have sepolia as a network, since it s the new recommended tesnet. I tried just searching for "goerli" and do the appropriate copy paste but doesn't seem to be enough. Might be really quick for the core team though.
