Modal UI in Chrome not rendering correctly

When using Chrome and editing a personalized block within a post, I've found that the rendering of the modal to select an audience is not working as expected. This does not seem to be an issue in Firefox, but is in the latest version of Chrome.

I’ve spotted this before, but only on the first render; refreshing fixed it. Wonder if it’s a race condition with a cache or something.

Weird, I thought I had tried refreshing it a few times but I just tried again and it's rendering correctly now. I guess you're right that it's just the initial render @rmccue.
