xHLA:for non-human samples

Hello, I like to use xHLA: for non-human samples like primate and pig genome bam. If you don't mind can you please let us know how to create new reference folder HLA/data/ for non-human organisms and is there anything else we need to change to apply this for non-human genomes. Your help with this will be greatly appreciated.
