Hello Nances, I'm not sure to understand correctly, but the debug tool should already be hovering on all the current activity taking into account an elevation of 8dp.

What exactly happens in your case?

@Nebneb What I want is that this debug window is displayed in different Activity, and the Activity will not be destroyed. Is there a solution? Thanks

Ok so you want the same behavior it now has with fragments, but with activities. Seems legit, I'll find a way ;)

Maybe you can use WindowManager not Fragment
