Update regarding the url of downloading the pile dataset

The previous url of the pile dataset was not working , if the same happens with this url also , then just copy and paste this url in the website bar on google and a zip file will download of the dataset in your local machine , then we can work with it like any other dataset which is downloaded in json format in zip , using data files and load_dataset().
