Opening a link, using the new tab shortcut, referencing another docs page breaks the site sidebar and next/prev pointers

Tested on Firefox 121 and Chrome 120.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open any doc page
  • Open a link referencing another doc page, using the hotkey. CTRL+Left-Click . RoBERTa in this example
  • Nav bars in the current page are broken, since it's showing up the ones from the opened link instead of the ones in the actual page.
