Improve the encounter tabs

I got some suggestions about this section of Porymap image

  • [ ] Allow deleting labels
  • [ ] Make better UI to add new ones; right clicking seems not intuitive at all and looks very easy to miss (I didn't know and I have been suing Porymap for at least 2 years)
