Allow input of X, Y, (and Z) offsets for each extruder

For dual (or more) extruders, there needs to be a provision to define the X, Y, (and Z) offsets for each extruder (toolhead). Of course, once these are defined, they should be used by the viewer. An option to have different colors would be useful, but not required.
