This request adds support for httptoolkit/httptoolkit#90

Removed the default columns and Size column from the list for now. Will implement showing/hiding them in a separate PR.

Hi @Sugavanas, are you still interested in contributing this? I'd love to include it if you have time to do the final updates above. If there's anything specific that's causing problems there let me know and I'm happy to help get that sorted.
