Figure out how the get automated deployment

We need to figure out how to make Travis or the new GitHub deployment stuff deploy our artifacts to JCenter (and maven-central) on a successful build so it can be done without checking out any code on our end.

Any external contributions or suggestions to this effect are welcome.
