"Cached Files" mistaken as "Mem" on MacBookPro17,1 macOS12.0.1 HTOP version3.1.1

"Cached Files" in Activity Monitor is seemingly mistaken as "Mem" in HTOP

While I was astonished by the ultra-low memory (800+ MB) my Mac was using, I then realized that this value is approximately equivalent to the "Cashed Files" shown in Activity Monitor.

@BenBE: No idea. The meter looks correct on an Intel Macbook. That's all we have in the company. Somebody with a Apple ARM Mac needs to debug this. /DLange
