Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Including htmlhint-loader in a webpack project results in a lot of deprecation warnings at npm checkout time

Describe the solution you'd like A pass through packages.json to see which dependencies and devDependencies can be upgraded without breaking things and upgrade them. I can likely make this PR if it will be accepted. I see that bot-submitted PRs for updating things are being rejected.
