[BUG] static assertions fail with MSVC 14.44.35207

I successfully built cppfront using MSVC 14.43.34808 and Windows Kit 10.0.22621.0. After updating to MSVC 14.44.35207 (and Windows Kit 10.0.26100.0), a number of static assertions failed. Reverting to the old toolchain fixed the problem. Both Windows Kits work.

The assertions are generated by the UFCS macro.

I submitted the issue to Microsoft, and apparently they found something to fix. Now I am waiting for the release.

It does this in 17.14 as well (vs 2022)

... and the new 17.14.8 with cl: Microsoft (R) C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 19.44.35211 for x64 (drat I was hoping the new version was 'it')
