(1) ghost text cuts first character in suggestion on newline, (2) ghost text shows duplicate character with mini-pairs

Both these are cosmetic issues with ghost text, the confirmed completions works fine. I am using LazyVim (with super tab recipe)

When suggestions are shown on a new line, the first character of the suggestion is cut from the ghost text. When the completion is confirmed the full completion is inserted which is good.

When combined with mini-pairs, mini-pairs will insert a closing bracket and the ghost text shows another closing bracket, so total 2 closing brackets. When the completion is confirmed there is only one closing bracket which is good.
