Respect iskeyword and Add Support for Dictionary Based Completion (opt.dictionary and opt.thesaurus)

Essentially the title. iskeyword is obvious in its usefulness, but the reason for dictionary/thesaurus completion is that I use this plugin for more than just coding and having constant auto completion when I set things properly and load suggestions from my dictionaries and thesaurus is very useful.
