Possible Enhancement: Add age group argument to pi_mortality function?

The pi_mortality function currently only pulls data for the overall population. If you pass additional age group parameters, data can also be retrieved for the '<18', '18-64', and '65+' age groups (see 'nchs_ages' in the retrieved meta data).
