Support for .Rds

Great. A detail because I think it's bad practice anyways but: I can get it work for .rds, but not for .Rds, although it says case sensitive in the README. Were you referring to .RDS there? Could you support .Rds also?

i'll dblchk. i'm not sure how to setup automated tests for QL plugins so the manual tests i've done likely haven't caught sufficient cases.
