No Licence

It looks like a great library and I would love to use it, but there is no licence! Could you add one please?

I don't think you'll be getting an answer from the professor himself, but the closest thing to a license I can see is at the bottom of the readme.

If you browse the source you see that not all wrapped solvers have licenses themselves ...
