Bumped TensorNVMe version needed for Open-Sora 2.0

Given that Version v0.1.0 is obsolete, developers that need to use modern TensorNVMe need to built it from source. This is the case, for example, for Open-Sora 2.0. Please release a newer version from the latest main branch.
