Change pip3 to pip (problems encountered by novice operation)

Recommend to colleagues (server) for trial, install according to the installation method and encounter various questions

1. Following the instructions provided by install, the environment was not activated (it was just a copy and paste session)

2. What is the relationship between pip and pip3 (normally two different tools, pointing to the same tool in the conda environment, which is a bit difficult to explain)

Also, using xforms on Mac is very difficult!!
