[BUG]: `colossalai -i` version check error

🐛 Describe the bug

This bug has been reported by users having CUDA11.6, torch1.12, and colossalai0.2.5 installed. They found running `colossalai -i' would return an error(or warning) as shown in the screenshot. They also mentioned our provided examples can run as per normal.

The error (or warning) was about compatibility.
