For now, you can manually log out by going to https://www.probase.app/api/auth/signout. Useful if switching between multiple accounts.

Also, a (currently undocumented) feature is that signing up with a second email address / google account will automatically link the two emails to the same account. It's helpful for people with multiple emails, who don't want to remember which google account they used when signing up, but if you intentionally want to create an alt on Probase, you'll need to log out first.
