[request] terraform module for an easy deploy

I've tried out hound locally and it's great. I'd love to deploy it in AWS on ecs or fargate using a docker container and an efs or similar. Would this be something that would be created officially or would someone have to create this in a separate repo ?

I think having something like this in the repo isn't a bad idea. I'd first like to ensure that we have an up-to-date docker image before we do, though.
