What exactly does iCloud backup?

Hi. This is a wide ranging topic and I'm going to limit the answer to what's relevant on this issue tracker.

InflatableDonkey only retrieves iCloud backup data. It doesn't, in it's unmodified forms, allow you to access data from other iCloud containers/ services.

The forensic analysis of iCloud backups retrieved by InflatableDonkey is an art in itself and is outside the remit of the project.

iCloud does have a Keychain service which is vulnerable given certain preconditions.
