What is the complete link to the full image then? I couldn't find any higher resolution image than /images/xxx on the page. I have updated the script to support image on list.
All the images in the search results are low resolution. All the images in the user collections or posts are low resolution. And so are all the images in the latest feed, the models feeds, and the various sections news/contests/best of the home page. Browsing those small images is difficult because you loose all details. It would be great if Picviewer for each one of those feeds/results would create a GALLERY with infinite scroll that would let the user browse the ORIGINAL resolution images instead of the thumbs. Also the images should be displayed full screen (fit to full width) or full size (with horizontal panning).
To do this it would be enough to add 2 buttons:
- 1 Floating Button (draggable to avoid hiding/blocking) that will appear on every stream/feed/results of images. Clicking on it will switch to the GALLERY view, full resolution and fit to width. The same button in GALLERY mode if pressed will go back to the original stream/results/feed mode.
- 1 Floating Button (not draggable) that will appear in GALLERY mode only, and that will SWITCH between 'Fit-To-Width' and 'full resolution 1:1'.
NOTE: the buttons are better than keyboard shortcuts, since today people browse with tablets/ipad/iphones/mobile, etc so they are touch devices without keys, and the UI should ideally use touch buttons for everything.
