Support triggering bookmarks from the CLI

The Stripe CLI supports triggering test webhooks from the CLI.

Hookdeck supports bookmarks, an underused feature. Is there a way we could add a command such as hookdeck trigger [bookmark-name] and support triggering events in a similar way to the Stripe CLI?

This is similar to the lines of #98

I'm into it! hookdeck trigger "Name of bookmark" or hookdeck trigger and have an interactive list. We could also support trigger with the bookmark id
