how can I use login as root and go to Application Directory. I get permission denied when I access most directories.

a-Shell does not allow you to escalate privilege. If it was, it would not be allowed on the AppStore.

iOS is sandboxed without a jailbreak. Every app can only access its own sandboxes. Root access is not viable without a jailbreak, which removes sandboxing.
