sort chrom names in natural order

More info about "natural sort order" [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_sort_order). This can be done via the `mixedsort`function in the [gtools](https://cran.r-project.org/package=gtools) R package.

For now, the following trick works: copying the map in two different files, and load them.
