Larger font sizes are not allowed for

With high density displays such as laptops, a larger font than 9pt are needed to be readable. However, DearPyGUI seems to be hard coded for its 9pt font size.

  1. new lines are not the same height as added fonts
  2. table headers and rows are not the same height as added fonts
  3. annotation background are not the same height as added fonts. Annotation padding only does width and reduces height to a few pixels, documentation says it does both. No, my test laptop is not a boilerplate.
