Label Images to JSON - Bad Edges

Moving my issue here so others can learn from this!
The solution was to comment out downsampling here as pointed out by @hoangcuongbk80.

I am still testing with heavily cluttered scenes.

I noticed that if the blade of the knife may not always be drawn corretly if it is overlaid with a mug for example.

My temporary workaround was to have no clutter between objects.
