Format markdown and logseq links

I sometimes use markdown / logseq links in titles, which becomes very messy: Screenshot 2025-09-15 at 6 38 25 pm This removes the link URL / UUIDs but keeping the titles, also removing everything after the first line break: Screenshot 2025-09-15 at 6 39 41 pm
