Add option to modify keyboard shortcuts to plugin settings

When the plugin is used in conjunction with the GPT-3 OpenAl plugin with default settings, Logseq notifies the user on startup that the keyboard shortcut ctrl+g of this plugin conflicts with the GPT-3 OpenAl plugin.

The GPT-3 OpenAl plugin has an option to change the keyboard shortcut, but this plugin also adds this option it gives the user a choice.
